Fitness Level:
A basic level of fitness is required for this tour. The largest walking distance is a 500 meter stroll on uneven ground. If you are able to do that this tour will suite your level of fitness.

Tour Itinerary
Wednesday – Day 1 (AT,D)
On arrival you will be welcomed by your friendly Out the Back Australia tour guide who will take you to the Club Hotel Cunnamulla where you can settle in and prepare for the adventures ahead.
14:35 – The afternoon brings a touch of elegance as you enjoy a delicious High Tea with a variety of decadent treats.
15:45 - It's time to depart for the magnificent Warrego River where you can sit back, relax and become surrounded by nature as you cruise the coffee colored waters on a river cruise with a local tour guide. Expect to see lots of birdlife and wildlife completing the afternoon with an amazing outback sunset. This experience will engulf you in the tranquility and peace of the natural surroundings. Tonight’s dinner is in true outback tradition with outdoor dining around a Gidyea coal campfire with three courses and a local entertainer, storyteller.

Thursday – Day 2 (B,MT,L,AT,D)
06:00 - Rise early and enjoy a full buffet breakfast before departing to Yowah the only place in the world you can find a type of opal called a "Yowah Nut". Be amazed as you travel around the town with a local miner and hear the stories of the past and present miners all exploring for the perfect stone. Take a mine tour then get cracking some nuts of your own with the guidance of a long term miner who will help you cut and polish your find. Late afternoon depart for the heritage town of Eulo where you can experience the mud springs and a tour of the town before departing for Cunnamulla for another magnificent dinner. (Mud bath is an optional extra and we recommend you book this amazing experience Extra $65p.p)

Friday – Day 3 (B,MT,L,AT)
07:30 - Start the day with a beautiful buffet breakfast before departing to embark on a guided tour of Cunnamulla and huge scale local industry developments. Learn how Cunnamulla came to be and what is making the town tick today. Take a journey back 100 million years in time in the Artesian Time Tunnel and learn all about the Artesian Basin and how it opened up this area to settlers with the discovery of pure, clean mineral rich water. Browse through the museum visit the local shops, meet some of the local characters and enjoy a hearty lunch before bidding your new mates a fond farewell. 12:00 Ends.
