Check-in is at 2pm. Pre-registration is required for early morning arrivals. If you require early check-in, you must book the preceding night’s accommodation.
Check-out is at 10am. Dependent upon availability, you may opt for day use of the room, between 10am and 2pm, by paying 50% of the room rate. If you wish to use the room after 2pm, then you must pay 100% of the room rate.
All reservations will be held only if credit card details are provided and our cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Guests are required to present Agent’s “Paid in Full” voucher upon check-in to the hotel, if bookings have been made with a third party.
Club Boutique Hotel Cunnamulla reserves the right to charge the following fees in the event of cancellation:
Cancellations made within 72 hours or more of stay will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within less than 72 hours of stay will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No shows will be billed 100% of the room rate.
Rates are subject to change in the case of Government levies and taxation.
All payments must be made through booking agent or Club Boutique Hotel Cunnamulla’s online reservation system. As long as a credit card has been provided for booking, you are also able to pay on site with cash (Australian dollars) or any of the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & EFTPOS; credit card fees apply.
Secured, off-street parking is available, free of charge.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in the hotel. There are designated smoking areas on the hotel grounds.
Children ages 2 and younger are free of charge.
No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.
